I hate change. Now, I know, you’re thinking, “she hates change?… they live in an RV and travel some… so everything is constantly changing.” Well, yeah, but I still don’t like change.
For some reason change is always attached to money somehow. If you change jobs, change houses, change cars… you see money is attached to all those things!
I like to be a little settled sometimes. I think this is one of the reasons we travel very slowly. Plus, it doesn’t cost us anything if we’re sitting and not driving.
However; change is part of life and it needs to be embraced.
It took us 14 days to wrap up all of the changes in our life that need to be completed.
- Buy a tow vehicle
- Get 5th Wheel RV to Spartanburg, SC to sell
- Get tow car to Sparatanburg, SC to get set up to tow
- Take solar panels, generator, 5th wheel hitch to friends to sell
- Take a few things to the storage unit in Spartanburg, SC
Buying the tow vehicle took three days because we wanted one that could be towed 4-down and was relatively inexpensive. Meet our newest member to the fleet.
Everything else fell into place without major issues – it was just three trips back and forth from Monroe, NC to Spartanburg, SC and everything was in it’s respective place.
Today we said our thank you’s and good bye’s to the kids, I cried, and we were off to Spartanburg, SC for about a week.
