There are times in your life where you must look past yourself for input. Sometimes, it’s total strangers that make a huge impact on your life.
We were already camped at La Posa South when Trapper took the dog for a short walk… he came back and said, “Guess who’s here? You’re favorite YT’bers!” Wait What? Bob and Pearl, from Next Exit are here???? .”Yes ma’am.” Are you Kidding me? I knew they were coming to Quartzsite but there’s a lot of desert out here. “Well, their only about 100 yards away.” I think I’m gonna walk over to say “Hi”.
And sure enough…. I went for a walk…
And our cameo appearances happened with my favorite YT’bers. Trapper’s and Dezzy are at 5:24 and me at 5:42.
I hope our path’s cross again soon and I won’t be quite as nervous. Why was I nervous? I don’t know… they were so welcoming! I meant to tell Bob… he makes Excel look easy and he’s the reason I’ve created a simple spreadsheet for us! 🙂
Other YT’bers we crossed paths with were Scotty and Terri from Destination Open Road (in Ehrenberg, AZ doing laundry) and Adam and Katie Adventures at the RTR.
That’s a wrap guys. Our 14 days here are done and we’re headed to Yuma, AZ…. plans there are to take the dog to Vet to find out why she’s so allergic right now and maybe what she’s allergic to, walk over to Mexico and check that scene out, and because we’ve got reservations in an TT/Encore park – we’ll go check out some boondocking locations! We have to be back in Quartzsite, AZ March 9 so we’ll have some time to kill. Stay tuned!
